I am also a proud owner of a George Forman grill . but after washing it many times over the tefflon coating started to come off , So i recently perchased a new one but the small model , I wish i would have gotten the one you have . They are so much better . OK 5 stars .

Got to agree with the others here. It’s the quality of beef but pretty much any beef is going to shrink some. Try Bison. It tastes great and you’ll be amazed at how it doesn’t shrink at all b/c it’s so lean.

Buy better quality hamburger meat. Lower fat content will mean they stay more the size they started, and better hamburger usually has less water in it too. Water and fat disappearing during cooking is what causes shrinkage. Try bison if you can buy it locally. Less fat, more flavour.
